Monique Lauren Elliot is an experienced Nurse Educator at IHNA's Perth SGT Campus. She has a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and also holds a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Nursing and Teaching & Acute Care Nursing. Monique has a significant amount of experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator and Clinical Nurse Specialist in an acute care clinical setting. She is skilled in a variety of areas, including Holistic care management, Training and Preceptorship, Clinical observations, Catheter Care, Staff orientation, Quality improvement projects, and Auditing. Monique has over 17 years of combined nursing experience, including nurse education in Australia. Her experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator and Specialist has given her a comprehensive understanding of the nursing profession, enabling her to effectively guide and mentor nursing students in healthcare settings. Currently, Monique is involved in the development of Diploma of Nursing and Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Assisting in Nursing Work in Acute Care) programs at IHNA. With her extensive experience and knowledge, Monique is a valuable member of the IHNA team, supporting the education and training of the next generation of nurses in Australia.
