About
Danielle brings a wealth of experience to IHNA, having taught the Diploma of Nursing for numerous years. Commencing her nursing career in 1988 as an assistant nurse in aged care and disability services, Danielle's journey expanded into roles such as diversional therapist and social educator. Transitioning through various roles, Danielle pursued further education, obtaining a Bachelor of Nursing Studies and a postgraduate Diploma of Midwifery. Additionally, she holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Danielle's professional journey spans across Australia, encompassing positions as a registered nurse, midwife, Clinical Midwifery Educator, and Clinical Nurse Facilitator in both acute and community settings. Currently maintaining her practice through casual work with Queensland Health, Danielle's passion lies in innovative and engaging teaching methods, particularly in her interactions with online students.
