Jayalakshmi Suppiah (Jessica Stanley)<br> My Ethnicity is Indian. Born and bred in Malaysia and now Australian Citizen. Married with one Child and my husband lives in Malaysia most of the time.<br> Finished my year twelve and went to India and did my 1st year BSc and was unable to complete due to illness. <br> Came back to Malaysia and did my Diploma in Montessori Method from Liverpool and also did my Higher National Certificate in Child Care and Care from Scotland. <br> I opened my own Childcare in Montessori Method and on the 15th year I migrated to Australia.<br> I have worked in Melbourne with a childcare agency (almost 50 over centers as a casual) for two years.<br> I took a role as a Room leader in an Aboriginal childcare center (where I was sponsored by them)<br> I have worked as an Educational Leader and a short role as Assistant Manager, and I did my TAE and become trainer and assessor for almost 5 years. I have Worked in two RTOs.
