  • Eligible Australian Citizen/ NZ citizens (SCV 444 visa) and Permanent humanitarian visa holders can avail of VET student loan.

  • Approved by ASQA and ANMAC. Successful completion of the Diploma of Nursing (HLT54121) prepares you for registration with the NMBA as an Enrolled nurse.

On completion of the HLT54121 - Diploma of Nursing course, you can apply to the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA) for registration as an Enrolled Nurse(EN), to practice in Australia.

Course Overview

The HLT54121 - Diploma of Nursing course gives students the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to work as an Enrolled nurse in a variety of health care settings. You will gain hands-on learning experience in IHNA’s simulated laboratories and reinforce your practical learning in a clinical environment through work experience placements (WEP). You will be able to work in acute care, chronic care, aged care, rehabilitation and mental health and other settings under the direct or indirect supervision of a Registered Nurse.
